近段时间来，中国部分地区发生了新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情，学校很关心同学们的健康和安全，请非在川留学生们时刻关注自己的身体状态，合理安排学习生活，做好以下几点：

Recently, the respiratory illness caused by the novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) has been breaking out in some places of China. Your safety and health are the highest priority of CDUTCM. Please pay close attention to your physical condition, arrange your self-study and life properly and do the following points:

为降低同学们旅行途中被感染的风险，请在原地停留，不要跨区域流动。不要随意外出，不要前往人群聚集场所等易感染的地方。

To reduce the risk of your being infected, please stay at the place where you are right now and avoid inter-city transportation. Do not go out randomly and avoid crowded places where are susceptible to infection.

所有学生一律不允许提前返校，具体开学时间等待学校通知。不听劝阻私自提前返校，学校将不允许进入！造成病毒扩散的，将按照中国法律犯规严肃处理！

No student is allowed to return to the University in advance. Please wait for the University Notice on the start of the Spring Semester. Those who insist on returning to school will be prohibited from the University entrance,and those who insist on returning and result in the transmission of virus will be punished seriously according to the Chinese Law!
